We are seeking a Senior Account Manager, Strategic to drive growth by expanding and deepening relationships with our most strategic clients. The role blends relationship stewardship with a growth mindset, cultivating platform adoption and advocacy while identifying and driving expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales, ideally in SaaS or data/insights-driven businesses.
- Proven track record of retaining and expanding large enterprise accounts, with comfort in both farming and hunting motions.
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and navigating complex organizations.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with ability to align value with business outcomes.
