Job Description
The Solution Engineer CRM & CX role supports customers in optimizing sales, service, and marketing processes using modern standard software solutions from Microsoft and BSI. The position involves analyzing customer requirements, developing customized CRM & CX solutions, integrating AI services, automating processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement innovative solutions and provide customer support and training.
Requirements
- Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the implementation and integration of CRM and CX solutions
- Knowledge of data modeling, API integration, and cloud technologies
- Understanding of sales, service, and marketing processes and their digitization
- Analytical skills, structured work style, and strong problem-solving skills
- Communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and interdisciplinary teams
- Negotiable German and very good English skills
- Willingness to travel (depending on the project)
