Recruiter

CBEM is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join its HR team and help build a talented workforce across its multiple locations. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle recruiting
• Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law (HR Certification a plus)
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace
• Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding (Preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for building strong teams
