Job Description
Recruiter to join the team at HRT Solutions, responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, candidate and client management, and recruitment reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven ability to source, screen, and hire high-quality candidates independently
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools
- Experience using Microsoft Products with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, candidates, and other team members
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
