Director of Corporate Development & M&A

CBTS is a ~$1.2B revenue technology services and product resale organization with a strong track record of organic growth and an active, disciplined M&A strategy. The Director, Corporate Development & M&A will lead the end-to-end execution of the company’s M&A strategy, from deal origination through close and early integration.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or transaction advisory
• Proven experience leading middle-market M&A transactions end-to-end
• Deep financial modeling, valuation, and diligence expertise
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership and boards
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• High ownership mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail
