Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships. The role involves providing proactive client engagement, training and onboarding, and territory growth.
Requirements
- College Degree Preferred
- 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
- Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
