Job Description
CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships. The role involves proactive client engagement, training, and onboarding, territory growth, field expertise, data-driven coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- College Degree Preferred
- 1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
- Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
