HR Business Consultant

The HR Business Consultant role is responsible for aligning business needs with people strategies, directions, and objectives. The role involves building strong business relationships with leaders, line managers, and employees, and providing guidance and coaching in HR aspects. The position requires a strong understanding of HR policies, rules, and regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.
