Job Description
Celonis is seeking a Product Lead to lead a product team focused on Front Office solutions for Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce within Business Apps. The team will develop and launch scalable solutions using Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform, focusing on customer pain points and driving impact within customer base. The role involves product strategy, feature development, and collaboration with UX and platform teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operational Front Office functions (Sales, Service Marketing, Commerce)
- Deep understanding of Front Office Solutions
- Strong product development and go-to-market strategies
- Experience in product marketing
- Fluent in English (German language is a plus)
