SBA Loan Specialist

The SBA Loan Specialist is responsible for preparing Guaranty repurchase requests, gathering and analyzing loan documentation, and communicating with internal Bank teams. The role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Requirements

• Previous SBA and/or lending experience preferred
• Four-year or undergraduate degree strongly preferred
• Detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to problem solve and work independently
• Must possess the ability to prioritize and support various activities simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong technical skills - including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, web-based applications, and SharePoint/OneDrive
