Job Description
CEMEX USA is offering a 10-week internship development program for college students to gain hands-on experience within the Ready-Mix division. The program provides a blend of core Ready-Mix functions, project-based learning, skill development, networking, and innovation, with a focus on safety and teamwork. It provides insight into operations, problem-solving, and leadership potential.
Requirements
- Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in related field (CIM, Construction Science Management, Business Admin, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related)
- GPA of 2.5 or higher, preference for 3.0 or higher
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and proactive problem-solving
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Previous experience from internships, co-op programs, or university projects
