Job Description
CEMEX USA is seeking driven and talented recent graduates to join their Talent Development Program (TDP). The 12-month program provides hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, preparing participants for a successful career. TSPs will rotate through various roles in Ready-Mix, gaining insights and developing skills through a combination of safety, plant management, and customer service activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (CIM, Construction, Business Admin, etc.)
- 2.5 or higher GPA
- Leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Flexibility to relocate within the U.S. (if needed)
