Job Description
This 12-month Talent Development Program (TDP) offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Ready-Mix division at CEMEX USA. The program will rotate through various roles, focusing on safety, plant management, logistics, customer service, and more. It aims to build skills for future growth within Cemex.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (CIM, Construction Science Management, Business Admin, Engineering, etc.)
- GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Leadership potential and proactive learning approach
- Analytical and communication skills
- Passion for the construction materials industry
