Job Description
Cemex USA is seeking recent graduates to join their Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12-month program offers hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of our operations, involving rotating through different roles within Ready-Mix operations, including Safety, Plant Management, and more. The program aims to prepare graduates for a successful career at Cemex.
Requirements
- Recent bachelor’s degree in a related field
- GPA of 2.5 or above (or 3.0 preferred)
- Leadership qualities and proactive learning ability
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Previous internship or co-op experience
