Job Description
Cemex USA is seeking recently graduated talent for their Talent Development Program (TDP). This 12-month program provides hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Ready-Mix division, offering rotations in Safety, Plant Management, Logistics, Quality Control, and Customer Service. The program is designed to develop skills for future success with Cemex USA.
Requirements
- Recent bachelor’s degree in a related field (Civil Engineering, Business Admin, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, etc.)
- GPA of 2.5 or higher (preferred)
- Leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Technical proficiency in relevant field
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
