Job Description
The CEI Foundation Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Foundation, managing its finances, and ensuring its philanthropic mission is met through strategic fundraising and grantmaking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
- Four or more years of proven experience in fundraising or development
- Experience in the fields of healthcare, social services, adult and/or aging services
- Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive fundraising plans
- Skills in project management, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
