Social Worker Supervisor

The Social Worker Supervisor will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to elderly individuals, promoting autonomy and quality of life. The position involves supervising social workers and assistants, developing care plans, and facilitating communication with participants, families, and CEI staff.

Requirements

• Masters’ degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work
• 1-2 years Supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment
• Valid California driver's license and insurance with access to reliable transportation
