Job Description
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead the development, organization, and implementation of training and education initiatives across Community Initiatives. The Coordinator will design high-quality training programs, build out curriculum and educational materials, and coordinate internal and external training efforts to strengthen community capacity around IPV, healthy relationships, accountability, and violence prevention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–3 years of experience in training development, curriculum design, facilitation, or related work, or equivalent lived/professional experience
- Strong background in community organizing, public education, gender-based violence prevention or violence prevention initiatives
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices, culturally responsive pedagogy, and/or transformative justice frameworks
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning materials
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, interdisciplinary settings and adapt to evolving priorities
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
