Job Description
This is a part-time in-person position that involves direct psychiatric care of adults with severe and persistent mental illness in a homelike environment.
Requirements
- Assists consumers in learning independent living skills and encouraging management of symptoms.
- Administers consumer medication in adherence with DHS 83 regulations.
- Documents residents' daily behavior and routine in the resident daily log consistent with their Individualized Service Plan goals.
- Reports to Residential Supervisor, Residential RN, or physician any changes in client condition, behavior, and functioning.
- Completes shift duties as assigned, including required shift duty documentation.
