Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is a professional who plays a proactive and reactive role for our portfolio of facilities, staff, and clients, executing preventive maintenance, manual repairs, and projects as necessary.
Requirements
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems
- Perform monthly inspections and maintain documentation
- Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs
- Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, doors, and closers
- Perform manual repairs and assist with room and apartment turnovers
- Comply with policies for storage, usage, and removal of hazardous materials
- Conduct general upkeep procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
