Requirements

• Lived experience with mental illness, substance use, or homelessness and/or experience gained through family member’s mental health/substance use
• Experience navigating the healthcare systems and other community support resources
• Must have a FL driver’s license
• Knowledge of community resources or ability to learn quickly
• Experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use concerns
• Competency with electronic medical records, computer systems, and documentation
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in order to collaborate with team members and maintain professionalism in the community
