Stock Plan Administrator

The Stock Plan Administrator leads the end-to-end administration of executive and director equity grants, employee stock purchasing, proxy and other SEC filings, and global equity programs.

Requirements

• Administer all aspects of executive, director, and employee equity grants
• Manage the end-to-end execution of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan
• Assist with preparation and management of Section 16 filings
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance by maintaining rigorous internal controls
• Partner with the Tax and Payroll departments to ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity transactions across multiple jurisdictions
