Stock Plan Administrator

Phreesia is a mission-driven healthcare technology company looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to help ensure equity programs are accurate, compliant, and trusted by employees.

Requirements

• Administer RSUs, stock options, ESPP activity, vesting, and employee lifecycle events
• Reconcile equity data across Workday, equity platforms, and transfer agents
• Prepare equity reporting for leadership and cross-functional partners
• Support SEC filings, insider trading compliance, and blackout windows
• Partner with Internal Audit on SOX controls and audits
• Support employee education and inquiries around equity
