Join Ceros as a Jr. Account Executive and help ambitious brands create digital experiences that people want to explore. As a strategic and creative role, you'll build demand, drive engagement, and expand Ceros' footprint within existing customers' organizations. This is a fully outbound role designed for those who have the ambition to progress into AE, Customer Success, or Strategic Accounts within 12-24 months.
Requirements
- General sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the sales process, from marketing through prospecting, cold calling, generating interest, and handing off to sales
- Ability to write coherent, strategic emails and willingness to make 2-3 hours of cold calls a day
- Strong curiosity about how AI is shaping modern sales
- Ability to articulate unique value propositions and persuade prospects
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives and decision-makers
- Ability to work in a changing environment with an ever-evolving product
