Job Description
Join CFG Health Network as an HRIS Analyst II and play a critical role in administering, enhancing, and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems. As a subject-matter expert for UKG Pro, you'll ensure system integrity, support key HR functions, and deliver data-driven insights across various areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience
- Strong working knowledge of UKG Pro Recruiting Gateway
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and organizational leaders
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
