Job Description
As an HRIS Analyst II, you will support the HRIS team and partner with internal/external support departments in maintaining and supporting human resource systems and related processes. This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working onsite at our Mentor, OH Corporate HQ, 2-3 days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems or technology, business administration and 3 years of equivalent work experience in analyzing/maintaining data in an enterprise HR system
- Associate’s degree in human resources, information systems or technology, business administration and 7 years of equivalent work experience in analyzing/maintaining data in an enterprise HR system
- Relevant work experience with HR systems relating to: analyzing data, data entry, navigation, troubleshooting errors, and reporting
- Intermediate understanding of change control management in multiple environments
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and business intelligence reporting or an enterprise HR system business intelligence tool
- Preferred: intermediate functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, MS Access, MS Visio, paid time off (PTO), and regulatory compliance
