Nurse Case Manager | Acute Services

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to support our Acute Services team. The successful candidate will provide nursing services to individuals struggling with substance use and mental illnesses, and work with an interdisciplinary team to support clients in urgent behavioral health interventions, withdrawal management, and other programs.

Requirements

• Unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or ability to be licensed in Colorado at time of hire
• One year nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with community mental health experience
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate at time of hire
• Experience working with adults dealing with Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, and Withdraw Management
• Relevant Mental Health, Substance Use Treatment, Detox, Community Nursing experience
• Mental Health, Community Nursing, Medical/Surgical or Critical Care experience
• Experience managing complex client situations, health concerns, and nuances
