Job Description
Registered Nurse Case Manager position for Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services. Opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team to support clients with MAT and behavioral health interventions.
Requirements
- Unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or ability to be licensed in Colorado at time of hire
- One year nursing experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with community mental health experience
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate at time of hire
- Experience working with adults dealing with Substance Use Disorder, Probation Services, or Mental Health needs
- Relevant Mental Health, Substance Use Treatment, Detox, Community Nursing experience
- Mental Health, Community Nursing, Medical/Surgical or Critical Care experience
- Experience working with community behavioral health services
