Job Description
Chainguard is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide support for customers using Chainguard Images. The role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, escalating to Engineering as needed, and communicating with customers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in technical support, 3+ years of experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support
- 3+ years of experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CI/CD, Linux, GitHub, Helm Charts, Terraform, and open source
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, or KCSA
- Startup experience
