Job Description
We're seeking an Accountant II to support accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis across the organization, with a focus on complex reconciliations, financial modeling, and tax compliance. This role involves preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting packages, as well as participating in physical inventory counts and tax filings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA designation or progress toward certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
