Secondary Press Operator Y shift

Challenge Manufacturing is looking for a Secondary Press Operator for a Y Shift / 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM Friday - Sunday position at our Plant in Holland, MI. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for running and monitoring up to 800 Ton Secondary stamping presses, ensuring quality stampings are produced per the Challenge Manufacturing Quality Standards, production orders and engineering specifications.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Previous stamping press operation experience preferred
