Job Description
CHAOS Industries is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team at their Los Angeles headquarters. The successful candidate will provide responsive technical support to executive leadership and staff, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and contribute to company-wide IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Deliver responsive technical support to executive leadership and staff
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide hands-on support for critical meetings
- Support onboarding and offboarding
- Administer and manage enterprise MDM platforms
- Provision and manage user accounts
- Contribute to broader IT initiatives
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
