Requirements
- 2+ yearsâ experience in a service desk or technical support role
- Practical experience working within ITIL-aligned service environments
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Active Directory and user provisioning
- Azure / cloud-based identity and services
- Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools
- Desktop hardware, printing, and peripheral support
- Networking fundamentals (LAN, VPN, TCP/IP)
