People & Operations Manager

Role Overview

The People & Operations Manager oversees and coordinates the day-to-day operational running of the US business, creating structure in a fast-moving growth environment and partnering with leadership to ensure efficient operations as the business scales.

What You Will Do

Support the operational infrastructure of the US entity, including onboarding, hiring coordination, employee operations, systems, process management, internal mobility, and operational delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Operations, People Operations, Business Operations or Operational Support role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Commercially aware with an understanding of how operational performance supports business growth
• Strong systems capability and confidence using operational platforms, tooling, and technology
• Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow technology to improve operational efficiency
• Experience supporting leadership teams and helping operationally scale a growing business
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience coordinating onboarding, employee operations, systems, and operational processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work confidently across all levels of the business
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow through
