Oasis for Girls is seeking an inspiring, strategic, and relationship-driven leader to serve as its next Executive Director. The Executive Director will guide the overall direction of Oasis—championing its mission, strengthening programs, expanding resources, and deepening community relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in nonprofit fundraising with a track record of increasing revenue
• Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operations
