Job Description
The Assistant Coach position in McDonough High School Baseball will work with Head Coaches to develop a coaching program, including skill development, practice planning, and individual/team growth. The role emphasizes character development and effective communication with all stakeholders. The assistant coach will supervise and support all levels of the sport and participate in games and practices.
Requirements
- Equipped with COMAR 13A.12.01/MSDE Certification
- 3 years of successful coaching experience as an emergency coach
- MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification
- Completed two years of successful coaching as an emergency coach
- Completed two years of successful coaching as a regular coach.
