Job Description
This part-time Thomas Stone High School position involves developing an effective coaching program for a girls' flag football team. The head coach will be responsible for skill development, practice planning, supervision, and communication with all relevant parties. The role focuses on character development, but also on the standards of a high school athletic program.
Requirements
- Provide certifications as a professional educator (MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification)
- Complete mandatory paperwork and requests from Maryland Public Schools.
- Check equipment and make repairs.
- Supervise assistant coaches and assign duties.
- Review Superintendent Rule 1111 with staff.
