Job Description
The Westlake High School Head Girls Flag Football Coach will develop and implement a coaching program focused on skill development, practice planning, and student/athlete growth. The role involves supervising staff, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring safety, and maintaining high standards for the program. The position is part-time and non-exempt.
Requirements
- Teachers or certified professional educators.
- MD Certificate under COMAR 13A.
- MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification.
- Completed emergency coaching as a full-time staff member at the school.
- Completed 2 years of successful coaching as an emergency coach.
