Charlie Health is seeking a Care Navigator to connect at-risk youth with mental health and substance use disorder treatment. The role focuses on ensuring a positive patient experience, collaborating with team members, and exceeding admission quotas. This position is crucial in increasing access to life-saving behavioral health treatment and will impact the lives of young people in a profound way.

Requirements

• Ensure a supportive, positive experience for clients and referral sources.
• Accurate and timely outbound referrals.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Google Suite/MS Office
• Must be based in Eugene, Oregon, or within a commute.
