The Care Experience Specialist - Client Enablement role focuses on welcoming clients, providing care coordination, customer service, and being a liaison between clients and internal teams. This is a dynamic position offering a foundational role in changing mental health care.

Requirements

• Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to admitted clients
• Reach out to clients to ensure they understand their insurance benefits
• Act as a liaison between patients and internal teams
• Support client-related requests from the Clinical Care team
• Manage client schedule, scheduling and rescheduling appointments
• Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Adapt to organizational change
