Manage a sub team and be responsible for planning, sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company. Plan and manage end to end recruitment activities as per CPF's Group recruitment process.
Requirements
- Plan and manage end to end recruitment activities as per CPF's Group recruitment process
- Conduct job briefing, screening CV’s / applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, negotiates & extend offers, coordinate on-boarding activities, etc.
- Manage and build candidate pools by identifying and using multiple recruiting channels appropriately and efficiently
- Provide recruitment for all positions by Business Unit in responsible including entry-level including recruiting special project, etc.
- Work closely with Hiring Manager, Business Unit (BU) and HR Business Partners concerning recruitment transactional activities process and support
- Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs and provide information upon request
- Ensure compliance in area of recruitment policy
- Coordinate and execute the logistics for recruitment events as appropriate
- Support as Recruitment Business Partner for any customer issues & problems in recruitment
- Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines
- Develop and retain a diverse talent acquisition team
