Assistant Production Manager (Production)/Seasonal Employment

The Assistant Production Manager will assist the Production Manager in overseeing all aspects of Production in the Amphitheater, including managing backstage operations, use and maintenance of production equipment and facilities, and dissemination of information for performances and events.

Requirements

• Assist the Amphitheatre Production Manager in production and hospitality advances
• Coordinate labor calls, execute technical riders, and secure rental equipment and production services
• Maintain and record show budgets and production estimates
• Uphold safe practices and maintain a safe working environment
• Advise tours, resident companies, speakers, and CHQ departments on all technical matters
• Communicate with appropriate departments to ensure all production facilities remain clean and maintained
• Perform show duties, as needed, to support a performance
• Stay abreast of best practices and new technology in your field
