Chautauqua Institution is seeking a Cook - Experienced for its Greene Family Commons. The Cook will prepare food for the menu items, monitor kitchen staff, and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
- Follows recipe cards, prepares food for menu items, and monitors kitchen staff
- Maintains food safety and a clean working environment
- Effective communication with front of the house managers on menu items and ingredients
- Proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products (FIFO)
