Job Description
The Head Teacher - Group One (Youth & Family Programs) will create a safe and welcoming environment for program participants, staff members, and families. They will develop curriculum and activities that align with the program's vision and manage daily classroom activities. The position requires flexibility, as schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in early childhood education
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
