Director of Nursing Education

As the Director of Nursing Education, you'll lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators while shaping the future of aspiring nurses. This role involves overseeing ADN and VN programs, ensuring students receive top-tier education and support, and guiding nursing faculty and staff to deliver excellence in education.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Prior teaching experience in a nursing program (ADN, VN, or BSN) strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in nursing education or a combination of teaching and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and Texas Board of Nursing requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage faculty and program initiatives.
