Job Description
Check-Mate Industries is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and elevate our quality systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Drive measurable improvement in key metrics, including scrap, rework, customer quality performance, and cost of poor quality
- Establish clear visibility, ownership, and accountability for quality KPIs across the organization
- Leverage data, including SPC and trend analysis, to drive informed decision-making
- Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Strengthen process control and inspection discipline across operations
