Senior Process Engineer

Role Overview

Join our growing Manufacturing Technology team as a Senior Process Engineer. Provide technical oversight for day-to-day operations, lead Process Safety Management activities, and initiate Management of Change activities to improve safety, quality, environment, and cost. Work on continuous improvement activities to improve area performance and mentor less experienced engineers.

What You Will Do

Provide technical oversight for day-to-day operations, lead Process Safety Management activities, initiate Management of Change activities, perform tests on the process, review and create procedures, and assist capital project front-end loading.

Requirements

• BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of typical equipment used in a Chemical and/or Polymer Processing Plant
• Demonstrated capability to understand the underlying chemical interactions within a Chemical Plant
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Willing and able to wear required PPE
