Nurse Center Clinical Manager

We are looking for a Center Clinical Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of back office center operations, including clinical quality, compliance, human resources, patient experience, and direct team member supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and clinical acumen, as well as excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Center and Divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients, family members, and staff
• Manage clinical operations to ensure organizational objectives are regularly met and/or exceeded
• Ensure proper back office staffing scheduling, approve staff payroll and PTO, and plan for and manage staffing shortages
• Perform direct patient care duties as/when needed
• Use data analytics and dashboards to assist with the development and execution of business strategies
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
• Manage medical equipment and supply inventory
• Ensure key performance targets are met
• Lead high-quality selection, hiring, and on-going training and education for clinical staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other governing agencies
