We are seeking a Client Executive to cultivate and grow relationships within existing large accounts to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hitting sales goals and quotas, a solutions-focused approach to clients, and excellent communication and sales skills.
Requirements
- Coach and mentor team members
- Maintain regular and ongoing dialogue with clients

- Leverage current internal relationships to grow the business
- Build relationships with global decision-makers
- Work with leadership to liaise on a global level between CHG and client
- Maintain oversight of accounts to ensure client satisfaction
- Be prepared to travel for face-to-face interactions with clients
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Demonstrate clear understanding of various types of Health Care delivery systems
- Partner with CHG, Inc. divisions, teams and departments regarding client needs
- Maintain and update client information in database
- Develop target marketing plans and strategies
- Negotiate client contracts
- Successful at planning targets and cold calling
