Job Description
Chicago Public Schools (CPS) is a district on the rise, serving over 325,000 students in 500+ schools and employing over 45,000 people. Nutrition Support Services (NSS) offers all CPS students breakfast, lunch, and, at select schools, after-school meals at no charge. The Porter maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the school kitchen, in compliance with department guidelines.
Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid Food Handlers Certificate or a Chicago Department of Public Health Food Service Managers Certificate.
- 1 year of previous work experience, or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
